Radiation protection requirements for ray room and civil construction
After the relevant architectural design drawings and basic construction designed by the ray machine room are basically completed, the radiation protection construction design of the following infrastructure construction is formulated according to the national standards and the necessary requirements of the "Radiation Protection Regulations":
1) Trench design: Moisture-proof design is required. The trench is used to place and lay various lines, and the cover plate must be prepared at the necessary position on the trench.
2) The fan is installed at the position of the natural ventilation opening: open a hole of about Ф60 cm at the position of the main irradiation wall at a distance of 2 meters from the top of the person's head (install the exhaust fan according to the size of the fan blade).
3) "Grounding" should pre-embed the grounding cable in the ground near the console, with a depth of 1 meter. Shape description: The ground part has multiple binding posts (4-6), which can be designed to be connected to the "ground box" to play a dust-proof role and ensure good grounding. The underground part is an annular ring with a diameter of 50 cm. The material is generally available metal material with good "grounding".
4) Wire and cable pre-embedded and electrical cabinet layout:
l The electrical cabinet is placed in the control room, and no electrical cabinet is installed in the machine room.
l All kinds of power supply lines in the control room are designed with pipelines on the inner wall or buried in the ground to lead to the power supply device.
l Plug the signal and control lines such as the headphone through the pipeline (open a hole in the wall of the control room next to the laboratory) to the trench, and then to the console.
5) The installation of radiation protection automatic interlocking control protection door (accurate calculation of lead equivalent, designed and manufactured by professional manufacturers), with detectors and alarm indications, and has control interlocking function, which can be manually operated under fault conditions. See radiation protection door design and installation drawings.
6) Requirements for fire prevention, moisture resistance, lighting (including emergency lighting), air conditioning with cooling and heating control, and anti-theft (no windows).
7) The control room is required to be designed as an ordinary laboratory room, and laboratory conditions such as water and small pools are required, and ordinary air conditioners can be installed. See floor plan and description.
8) Design and construction of hoisting holes for equipment.
9) Heating and cooling air conditioners and ventilation and exhaust fans must be installed in the computer room.
